Description This large Hei Tiki is carved from a beautiful bright green New Zealand jade with some of black spots and lines scattered around it. Lovely colour and beautifully translucent! It is fully carved both sides. The eyes are inlaid paua shell. This Hei Tiki is based on a traditional style of carving but with my own unique perspective. I have engraved my carvers logo on the back with the year 2025 when I carved this piece. Finally getting around to updating my website! Self collected jade from many years ago this is a hard gemmy jade and stunningly beautiful stone! This pendant is 7.9cm high and 12.1cm wide. The cord is hand plaited nylon and has a jade toggle.
